At ToppTunbridge we are thrilled to announce that in 2015, advisers Lauren Topp and Nick Tunbridge, as judged by their clients, qualified as 'Most Trusted Advisers."

Both new and long-standing clients were invited to complete a comprehensive Client Experience Survey, independently conducted via the Beddoes Institute, covering all aspects of advice and services provided by ToppTunbridge. The results exceeded the minimum score required to qualify as a the "Most Trusted Adviser" and gave the opportunity to benchmark against the best practices in Australia, resulting in ToppTunbridge rating among the top adviser practices

Not only was the survey a wonderful validation of the efforts and hard work provided by the whole team at ToppTunbridge it also gave an understanding of what clients value and what can be done better which assists in the constant evolution and improvement of the practice.
