With experience in the banking industry and in managing her own business endeavours, Mia began working with Nick in 2004. She is a great asset to ToppTunbridge in her role as Practice Manager, and is the centrifugal force in ensuring that every aspect of the business runs efficiently.
In addition to handling the myriad daily business administration requirements, Mia has also been instrumental in overseeing the significant practice changes required under the Financial Services Reform Act (2001). She has implemented systems and procedures to ensure information accuracy and that the business remains compliant with the stringent requirements of the Act.

Vinh Phan
Currently undertaking a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) at RMIT University, Vinh has joined the ToppTunbridge team as an Administrator to pursue a career in financial planning.
In his spare time Vinh follows a strict training regiment in the gym as well learning Muay Thai. Vinh brings his own lunch to work every day and advises he has a passion for cooking, judging by the smell of his meals he is clearly very good at it!
